ジョアンナは北オーストラリアでフライング・ドクターの看護師として働いている。病気の赤ちゃんに付き添ってシドニーへ行き、そこで病院の仕事を提示される。大都市を訪れるのは初めてで、彼女はその街が大好きになる。ジョアンナは大都市に残るのか、それとも故郷へ帰るのか？

Joanna is a nurse for a Flying Doctor in north Australia. She accompanies a sick baby to Sydney and there she's offered a job at a hospital. It's her first time to visit a big city, and she loves it. Will Joanna stay in the big city or will she return home?
