On the Edge

タグが目覚めると、そこは自分の家の寝室ではなかった。ドアには鍵がかけられ、窓にはみな格子がはめられている。建物中鳴り響く騒々しい音楽が彼の頭の中にがんがん響く。一人の女性がやって来て、自分は彼の母親だと言う。だが、それは母親ではないことをタグは知っている。その建物の外では、ジニーが森の向こうから人里はなれて丘の上に立つ、その家を見つめている。彼女は奇妙な音を耳にするがそのまま立ち去ってしまう。自分には関係のないことだから…。
